First Haircut!

It was time. He was looking a little mad scientist...Albert Einstein must be in the geneology somewhere. And we're taking family pictures next Saturday, so no better time than the present! We went to Sport Clips, which was Adam's favorite place to get his hair cut. (Notice I say was? hehe) Gunnar was very patient, he enjoyed watching football as he got his haircut. But the lolli was the best part, by far!

Winter is here!

Oh, yes...winter is definitely here alright! It is freezing! No snow on the ground yet, but that could change any second. Gunnar really hates wearing warm clothes. Especially his mittens. They usually last at least until we get to the car and then...they're off!

Orange you glad to see me?

Gunnar and his faces! They just crack me up sometimes. He can handle a lemon or lime with no problem, but this orange nearly got the best of him!

Trick or Treat?!

We didn't really do anything for Halloween. In the morning we went to the last day of our Farmer's Market and got some apples to dip in caramel. Adam offered to help a buddy move some furniture, so we went over there and then ended up going for pizza with them after. By the time we got home, Gunnar was zonked and we ended up just hanging out at home and watching scary movies. Apparently we already live the lives of an old, boring married couple! Gunnar had fun with the candy we were intending to pass out but had no trick or treaters:) And...he got to taste his first lolli! What a treat!

Boo @ the Zoo

Thursday was jam packed full of fun...Gunnar spent all day in his costume! We had a Halloween party with our playgroup and then headed over to the zoo afterwards with Adam's aunt, uncle and 3 of their 5 kids! We had a blast! Gunnar needed a power nap to make it through:) The evening turned out to be cold and windy which made for some numb fingers, but nothing we couldn't handle!

Pumpkin "Carving"

We got Gunnar some Mr. Potato Head type pumpkin decorations and let him pick which ones to put where. It was cute watching him try to eat them all. And his pumpkin won the contest...well, between the three of us:)
